The apartment complex is brand new (completed February 2006) and is situated in the town of Nessebar, a picturesque town on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. This small apartment complex is just 80m from the sea and with easy road links to the centre of Nessebar, Ravda, and Sunny Beach. 300m from the complex is a brand new leisure centre with tennis courts and a 'waterworld'.
