Our ground floor apartment is only 2 years old, and furnished to a high standard, we have individually chosen the furnishings, not the standard supplied in most apartments by the builders. Panorama Fort Beach is a self contained resort with direct access to a beautiful sandy beach with sunbeds, pedalos, and beach cafe's etc. From the patio off the lounge we have views to the sea and the mountains behind, in front you can see over to Sunny Beach, we get the sun all evening, we enjoyed sitting here with a glass of wine most nights. There are excellent facilities, this resort is especially suitable for families as there are 4 pools, one with a wave machine, two children's pools with slides and features, there is a jacuzzi pool, gym, massage, a tennis court and football pitch. There are also two children's play areas and an Internet cafe as well as two restaurants offering excellent meals at extremely cheap prices.
The nearest village to the apartment is St Vlas, there is a village square with a number of restaurants and bars, and a new marina here with bars and restaurants,we are approx 5 kms from Sunny Beach the main resort, here you will find an abundance of restaurants, bars, nightclubs, children's activities, mini golf, in fact everything you could possibly want from a holiday. There is a regular bus service that stops outside the resort, or there are taxis here all day and night. There is also a brand new luxury hotel next door with fabulous restaurant and an Irish Bar with pool tables and entertainment. We are 15 minutes from the old town of Nessebar with its fantastic fish restaurants and old cobbled streets packed with art galleries and shops, as well as ancient ruins and churches, well worth a visit. You have the best of both worlds, peaceful resort with numerous facilities, but within easy reach of the hustle and bustle of Sunny Beach.
The nearest airport is Bourgas, approx 30 minutes drive away, we can arrange taxi transfers for you with a very reliable company, or, there are plenty available at the airport, you can also fly to Varna, but the transfer time is approximately 1 hour 20 mins away. There are some beautiful places to visit in this area, there is a bus stop outside the resort into Sunny Beach at regular intervals, and also taxis available on site which are very reliable and cheap. I think we have the perfect spot here, right on a beautiful beach with a typical Bulgarian village nearby, but with easy access to the superb facilities and nightlife of Sunny Beach. Food and drink is extremely cheap, a pint of beer is 40p, there were five of us eating out at excellent restaurants, three courses, wine and beers for about p5.00 per head. The Bulgarian people are very friendly, especially with the children and will go out of their way to help you.

The above rates include all utilities, air conditioning, heating, and our meet and greet service, our agents are available during your stay if you have any problems.. A £100 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance being payable 6 weeks before your arrival where applicable. A separate £50 deposit cheque is required prior to travel, this will be returned immediately once the management company confirm that everything is in order.
