The Big House in Govedartsi, just 15mins to Borovets Ski resort and only 55mins from the Capital Sofia and the airport. Surrounded by natural beauty the house, in the Rila Mountains, is an ideal base for skiers and those wishing to visit the Rila Lakes or walk the many other mountain tracks. Enjoy the local bars and restaurants and watch the world go by from one of the many balconies with views that will enchant you. The house is newly built and furnished to a high standard with locally made furniture and fitted kitchens. The Big House consists of three separate apartments or can be booked as a whole. Each apartment is centrally heated, has its own entrance,a fully fitted kitchen and living area, bedrooms, shower rooms and balconies. During the ski season the house is run along the lines of a ski chalet, staffed by the English owners, Gilly and Charlie, and excellent meals are included in the price. £150 pppw. For the rest of the year self catering apartments- prices start from £250. So make your own tracks and enjoy Bulgaria - the Rila Way.
