The Market Rental Price includes:
- advertising the property on site and other
international rental sites;
- taking bookings and payments;
- arranging the pick up and return to Sofia airport of the rental
guests;
- arranging and the costs for the cleaning services of the property -

once a week;
- arranging the maintenance of the property during the rental
period;
- providing general support to the guests during their stay.

The Market Rental Price excludes:
The costs for Sofia airport - Beli Iskar - Sofia airport pick-up and
return. Additional 70,00 Euro (for a group up to 4 travellers) and
140 Euro (for a group up to 10 travellers) will be required to be
paid by the renters.
