Apartment Description
This is a self-catering apartment with two bedrooms, in a prime postion on the corner of a modern Complex. It is situated on the second floor, and access is by stairs or key elevator.
The apartment is totally air-conditioned and has a fully fitted kitchen, which includes cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave and all other modern appliances. There is a flatscreen TV in the lounge which has 64 channels of Cable TV - together with a Radio a Hifi System to play your favourite CD's.
Having a corner postion, the apartment has two balconies serving both bedrooms as well as the lounge. They are south facing and enjoy all-round sunshine.
The location of the complex is ideal for visiting Sunny Beach Centre, or alternatively the quaint Town of Nessebar, and is situated on the Black sea coast. It is ideal for couples or families alike who like a sunshine holiday close to the Beach.
The apartment has large windows and is light and airy. There are, however, blinds for privacy and to shut out the sun if necessary. There are chairs and tables where you can sit out on the balcony on warm summer evenings. The apartment is totally alarmed, and is very modern and well equipped to give place sittings and sleeping facilities for up to 6 people using the double sofa bed. The dining room seats 6 people which includes a breakfast bar.
There is a TV and Hi-Fi in the lounge, with remote controls.
There are two air-conditioner units which keep the apartment at whatever temperature you like using the remote controls.
We also own the apartment next oor - which also sleeps up to 6 persons. Both apartments, therefore, can house two families up to 12 persons.
