The apartment is on the third floor of a small complex called Alex Beach. It is situated literally right on the coast, which allows for uninterrupted, stunning sea views and across the bay to the old town of Nessebar. The apartment is new build, being completed beginning of 2007.
It is ideally situated on the outskirts of St.Vlas which allows for quite relaxation, but only a short taxi/bus ride away from St.Vlas and Sunny Beach.
The small private complex benefits from its own exclusive pool and 24 hour manned security.
The apartment consists of lounge, fully fitted kitchen/diner, bathroom, double bedroom and balcony. It sleeps up to 4 as the sofa in the lounge is a bed settee. The apartment is also air conditioned.
The complex also has its own small private beach with steps leading down from the poolside.
